Macadamian Crusted Shrimp - lightly breaded and fried

Sweet Walleye - served with a special sauce, topped with a roasted garlic, and brown sugar glaze
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin - roasted and stuffed with mushrooms, shallots and walnuts, served with a rosemary sauce
